Jonathan David Phillips

Jon focuses his practice primarily on real estate transactions and litigation, business transactions and litigation, landlord-side landlord/tenant law, and construction defect cases.

Jon has been a licensed attorney for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of environments and roles. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jon moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1999 and called Washington home until moving to Oregon for law school in 2011. Since graduating from the Willamette University College of Law in 2014, Jon has worked in private practice, in-house for a large brewing company, business development for commercial real estate brokers, and property management. Jon has also obtained his real estate broker's license. Prior to joining CLG, Jon spent the last 3 years in private practice at a mid-sized firm handling real estate and business transactions and disputes.

When Jon is not working hard to achieve his clients' goals, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs, exploring the Portland food scene and trying new breweries.
