Jonathan David Phillips

Jon focuses his practice primarily on real estate and business transactions and related litigation, including representing contractors, developer, landlords and business owners. His experience includes real estate fraud, breach of contract/lease claims, lien disputes, and construction defect claims.

Jon has been a licensed attorney for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of environments and roles. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jon put down roots in the Pacific Northwest in 1999. Since graduating from the Willamette University College of Law in 2014, Jon has worked in private practice, in-house for a large brewing company, business development for commercial real estate brokers, and property management. Jon combines the knowledge of a lawyer with his experience as a licensed real estate broker to provide exceptional service and value to clients.

When Jon is not working hard to achieve his clients' goals, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs, exploring the Portland food scene and trying new breweries.
