Kamran Farkhondepay Aryah

Kamran provides strategic legal advice throughout the life cycle of a business. Kamran enjoys guiding companies through initial formation and funding, intellectual property protection, corporate conversions and mergers, asset sales and acquisitions, among other transactions. Kamran takes a practical, real-world approach to contract drafting that provides the essential legal guardrails tailored to the client's specific needs. Kamran's work with heavily regulated industries allows him to deftly navigate complex laws and regulations and advise clients on matters of compliance within the evolving regulatory environments that surround many businesses.

Kamran attained a Bachelor of Arts at McGill University in Montreal, Canada where he was able to cultivate his passion for language and international studies. He returned to his hometown of Eugene in 2012 to attend law school at the University of Oregon.

In his free time, Kamran takes pleasure in exploring the great outdoors, particularly through open water swimming and carving turns on his snowboard.
