Megan A. Flaherty

Megan focuses her practice on litigating civil disputes, including employment, business, estate planning and environmental issues. She joined Chenoweth Law Group LLC in 2024, and graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2025. While at Lewis & Clark, Megan served on the board of the Northwest Environmental Defense Center and externed with US District Court in the District of Oregon. Megan also served on the board of If/When/How, a nonprofit focused on ensuring equitable access to reproductive healthcare, and Phi Alpha Delta, a legal fraternity aimed at connecting law students with legal practitioners in the community.

Megan earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, in 2014, where she graduated with a major in ecology and a minor in human rights. Megan also obtained a Master of Science in conservation biology from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and worked for several years in the environmental non-profit world before transitioning into the legal field.

In her free time, Megan enjoys exploring Oregon's beautiful natural areas, taking in Portland's culinary scene, and traveling.
