Jana Triska

Jana’s client-centered practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, and transactional business law.

Prior to Chenoweth Law Group LLC, Jana worked as general counsel at an e-commerce start-up and in her own firm specializing in transactional entertainment, business , and intellectual property law in Los Angeles. After moving to Portland, Jana worked in an estate planning firm and found her passion counseling clients on estate planning and administration matters.

Jana enjoys working with individuals and families to craft solid estate plans to ensure their loved ones receive their intended distributions while avoiding family disputes. Jana counsels clients on strategies to minimize taxes and protect and preserve assets. Jana takes great care to clearly communicate with clients, while firmly believing it's just as important to listen as it is to advise. She has a passion for clarity and plain-language agreements to ensure her clients understand any proposed plan or action.
